Deposit Policy:
A deposit cheque for 50% of the weekly monthlyrental rate must be received within 10 days of the reservation to confirm the booking.
Cancellation Policy:
If the Guest cancels less than 45 days prior to their check in date any moneys paid can not be refunded. Cancellations from 46 days to 90 days prior to their check in 25% of moneys paid shall be refunded. in advance are 50% . Cancellations 90 days or more prior to check in 50% of the moneys paid shall be refunded. Unfortunately, we are a small business and lost bookings represent a loss to us, and a missed opportunity for others.
